1st Quarter - January 1, 2014 through March 31, 2014
Submissions - April 1 through April 8
Voting - April 9 through April 15 at 11:59 pm

2nd Quarter - April 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014
Submissions - July 7 through July 14
Voting - July 15 through July 22 at 11:59 pm
Winners Announced - July 23

3rd Quarter - July 1, 2014 through September 30, 2014
Submissions - October 1 through October 8
Voting - October 9 through October 15 at 11:59 pm

4th Quarter - October 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014

Ad of the Year Dates:
Voting - January 16, 2015 through January 26, 2015 at 11:59 pm
Winner Announced - January 27, 2015

Ad of the Quarter Rules:
• Each designer from the Lumberton Hub and Mt. Airy Hub may submit unlimited ads per month in the quarter.
• Each sales rep from each location may submit unlimited ads per month in the quarter.
• The ad is uploaded (as .jpg) to the UPickem site created for this contest. Designer's name, sales rep name, publication, run date and Graphics Hub is needed to upload.
• Voting is done by all employees in Civitas Media.
• The designer and rep must still be employed in order to submit, vote and/or win.
• Once voting ends and the winner is determined, the Lumberton Hub designer/rep and the Mt. Airy Hub designer/rep will be announced.
• There will be 2 winners (1 @ Lumberton & 1 @ Mt. Airy) for each quarter.
• Winning designers will win $50/quarter and a certificate. Winning reps will win $25/quarter.
• There must be at least 75 votes/quarter (per hub).
• Ad must be a paid for ad built and produced by either the 995 Hub or 996 Hub, not customer supplied or a house ad.
• A plaque will be made to hang at the Graphics Hub (each location/per quarter), noting the winning ad, designer and sales rep.

Ad of the Year Rules:
• The 8 winning submissions will be placed for voting in the Ad of the Year.
• Voting is done by all employees in Civitas Media.
• The designer and rep must still be employed in order to win.
• There will only be 1 winner for Ad of the Year.
• There must be at least 200 votes.
• Ad must be built and produced by either the 995 Hub or 996 Hub, not customer supplied.
• Winning designer will get $150 and a certificate. Winning rep will get $50.
• A plaque will be made to hang at the Graphics Hub, noting the Ad of the Year, designer and sales rep.
